How much will my flat roof replacement cost?
There are many factors that go into determining the cost of a roof replacement. Some of those factors include the size of the roof, access, roof features such as air-handlers and vents, and the material you choose.
How do I know which type of roof system will work best for my building?
Each commercial roofing application poses its own unique set of challenges. When we meet with you we will detail the pros and cons of each roofing system with you so that you’re able to make the best decision that fits your building and budget.
Do I have to replace my entire roof?
Depending on the condition of the roof it may be possible to only replace the section that is damaged or leaking. Since most commercial and industrial roofs are flat roof systems, we recommend that you replace the whole roof if financially possible to ensure durable seams and so that you are covered by the manufacturer’s warranty.
Are you a licensed roofing contractor?
Yes. We hold State of Wisconsin Dwelling Contractor Certification, State of Wisconsin Dwelling Contractor Qualifier Certification, and City of Sheboygan Credentials. We are also manufacturer trained and certified for all the roofing systems we install.
What is the best way to maintain my flat roof?
Routine inspection and maintenance are key to maintaining the integrity of your flat roof system. We recommend twice yearly inspections, typically pre and post winter. Inspect and ensure that drains are clear of obstructions and debris. Check vents and other roof features to make sure there aren’t any tears or loose seams. Inspect for any punctures or tears in the membrane. Catching a problem promptly and repairing it quickly before further damage is done can save you a lot of money in the long run.
