I had such a great experience with CustomCraft when they installed my roof this past fall.  The issues with my old Roof were explained to me clearly and my concerns that they would appear again were addressed.  I was informed of what to expect and they held to it.  The installation crew was the hardest working crew as they worked into spouts of rain and cold mornings.  Peter was my contact; Always unassuming, informative, and Professional.  Bob made sure my roof was done well so it lasts longer than my last roof.  I look forward to doing business with them again.  I felt like I got a good product for a good price. We recently had Custom Craft do a roof and siding on our house and garage. Our salesman Peter was very knowledgeable and helpful getting us our quote. The crews who did the work were professional and courteous as were the site supervisors. We had CustomCraft do a complete new roof and gutters for our house. Peter was our sales guy. He was polite, professional and friendly. Peter addressed any questions or concerns we had within a reasonable response time. Paul was the foreman when his crew came by to do our roof replacement. Paul and his crew were respectful of our property, they were friendly, polite and professional. They finished the roof in one day and came back a few days later to do the gutters. Called CustomCraft roofing to check my daughters roof. There was some storm damage and they  came out the same day. Jonathan fixed the problem temporarily and came back the next day to do a permanent fix. Can not ask for any better service. We'll satisfied.
